My Top Moments From Friday Night Smackdown.

Intro.

Apologies for the delay in releasing this piece, this is because it has been a busy weekend at O'malley empires. I watched Killswitch Engage at Wembley Arena on Friday, and then I had a load of erans to run on Saturday, so this had to be pushed back. But here we are guys, so lets get into it.

5. Cody Rhodes Segment.

Some people have said online that they don't like Cody Rhodes opening up the show, and I get it, but in my opinion, I love his passion, and overall enthusiasm, and on Friday this came even more into the light. He looked to the future whilst going over his history with Seth Rollins. I don't think that were going to get another Match between these two, and that's for the best. Nick Aldis at the start of the show said that the winner of the main event between Jacob Fatu, and. Drew Mcintyre would face Cody at Saturday Nights Main Event. This would never happen, more on this later.

4. Flair And Bliss Retain Tag Team Belts.

Charlotte Flair, and. Alexa Bliss, beat. Zaria, and. Sol Ruca in what was a fun TV Match, to retain their Championships. I liked this.

3. WWE Is Coming Back To The UK And Europe In January 2026.

The WWE is coming back to Wembley Arena as part of their Road To The Royal Rumble tour on January 16th, and the tickets go on presale on Thursday the 30th of October. through ticketmaster, and general sale the following Friday, and I can't wait because i'm going to try and nab me a ticket. Here's hoping that DON'T HAVE TO PAY TO MUCH MONEY. I know. But I can hope right....... Right.

2. Sami Zayn's United States Championship.

This was a perfectly timed exhibition of what a TV Match should be. From Carmelo Hayes shutting up The Miz, to the suprise return of Ilja Dragonov. Everything from the physicality, the well paced timing of the near falls, and to it's final Product, and promise of a new United States Champion is exciting. Ilja Dragonov is our new Champ.

1. Jacob Fatu Gets Decked.

The Match between Jacob Fatu, and. Drew Mcintyre never happened, because that dastardly Drew Mcintyre decked him before the Match, and left him under a load of equipment. This is all keyfade, because it's rumoured that he's injured, by all media outlets. Drew Mcintyre then cut a promo on Cody, and he was then cut off by The American Nightmare, and the pair had a minor Match, that felt more like a violent segment. The Pair will meet at SNME on the 1st of November.

AEW WrestleDream 2025 Review 19.10.2025.

RIP Sam Rivers.

As I woke up this morning and checked out the news on my phone. I was saddened to hear the death of Limp Bizkit base player Sam Rivers. Sam was part of the entrance that brought The Undertaker to the ring at WrestleMania 19, as the bands hit Rollin became his intro, also the video package to Mania 17 that featured My Way that highlighted The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin's rivalry, is highly regarded as one of the WWF 's best from this time period, and a reminder that Sam did things his way. RIP Sam Rivers. Shout out to Bryan from the RockFeed Youtube Channel, for delivering this news. Check out the video if you haven't.

Jetspeed vs FTR.

This was a treat that followed on from the Tailgate show, and it was superb. From both teams having great chemistry, and the near falls falling into place perfectly. FTR got the win, thanks to a certain glorious man, who still can't get any of those ladies of the Night.

Jamie Hayter vs THEKLA.

I liked this. Charlie Thesz, the widow of Lou Thesz was sat at ringside, and by the looks of it she was having a lovely time, she would be used at a moment in this Match. From both ladies chucking each other around like wet towels, to this acting like a lesson into how to manipulate manouvers, and turn them into great submission holds. Both ladies helped guide the last series of exchanges, that saw Hayter get the win with a lariot.

The 500K Match The Young Bucks vs Jurassic Express.

I liked this. From The Young Bucks only having £32.17 to their name, which led to fans having a field day, and mugging them off with their own cash, to them even chanting. You've got no money. This was a lofi Match that became a high tail thriller. As I sit here on a Sunday Afternoon it would take me a while to mark of all of their exchanges move by move, so i'm just going to leave you  with this. The main arc of this paved way for everything to breathe, and the near falls were perfectly placed. Jurassic Express got the win with their awesome count down to doomsday finisher. Jurassic Express tried to offer the hand of friendship to The Young Bucks, but this got rebuffed after TDCWO attacked them, leaving Kenny Omega to make the save.

The Demand vs The Hurt Syndicate Tornedo Trios Match.

I didn't like this. Even though this Match fell into the platau of anything can happen. I felt this was a bit predictable, and this caused the Match to suffer in my opinion. The Hurt Syndicate got the win, and will now face the Opps at a later date.

Kyle Fletcher vs Mark Briscoe AEW TNT Championship.

Did this Match meet the standard that I thought it was going to hit, well if i'm being honest no, but that doesn't mean that this was a bad Match, infact quite the opposite. This was a decent effort from both men, that started from an underwhelming point, that turned into a hard thought battle. The reason why this didn't hit my ceiling is because i've seen both men do better. Kyle retained.

Both Ladies Championship Matches.

Because these Matches were right next to one another. I thought this would be best to marry these two together. I wasn't a fan of Kris Statlander vs Timeless Toni Storm for the AEW Womens Championship, because it felt over booked, and uneven in it's execution, whilst Mercedes Mone challenged anyone from the locker room to a winner takes all Match. Her opponent was Mina Shirakowa, now don't get me wrong I like Mina, I just felt that this was a predictable affair that offered up absolutely nothing. Mercedes beat Mina to become the new ROH Interim Womens Championship, whilst Statlander retained against the timeless one. This would lead to Renee Paquette later on interviewing a lost looking Toni, who cried on the shoulder of Mina. New Tag Team me thinks?

Brodido vs Konosuke Takeshita And Kazuchika Okada AEW Tag Team Championship.

This is a Match of the year contender, and by far the Match of the night. The Matches within the Match told a solid story, as the moments delivered, from Bandido selling his injured shoulder being a main plot point. Brody king proving that he isn't human, and the final exchanges leading to Brodido retaining. AEW did something during this that they're great at, teasing the future, and building up their next big hit. Takeshita vs Okada screams this point. The teases during the in ring storytelling were sensational.

Samoa Joe vs Hangman Adam Page AEW World Heavyweight Championship.

I liked this, but I didn't love it, and this is because it fell into pit of predictability, and this was a shame. Did it ruin my enjoyment no, infact I thought that it was refreshing to see this balance of styles play out in a Match. Hangman got the win, and then The Opps turned heel and attacked him.

Jon Moxley vs Darby Allin I Quit Match.

Judging by the metric on line, some fans thought that this went over the line, when it came to the execution of the violence, so to those people all I have to say is this. In 2016 the film Watership Down caused the BBFC to be taken to task, and over rule its classification from a U to a PG here in the UK, this came after a screening on Easter Sunday of that year on Channel 5, when complaints to Ofcom were made. Even though the film would get a PG today if released, the overall violence in the film,  helps unlock the story. What i'm trying to say is this. I get that some of the things that were shown could be triggering to some, whilst on the other hand fans do need to unlock the violence, in order for the story of the Match to make sense. I personally liked this, and felt that AEW didn't go far enough within its own confines of the I Quit Stipulation. Darby making Mox say I quit wasn't just survival of the fittest. It was a look at were the company can go with Darby Allin, off the back of this. Oh and hello Papa Sting.

Overview Of Aew WrestleDream 2025.

As the year starts to come into it's last months, i'm starting to think what were the best PPV's of the year, and were does this one go in that list, to me this doesn't Match AEW's earlier efforts, but it had some very solid moments, and Matches, one being a Match of the year contender, so all I can say is this. If you enjoyed the PPV as a stand alone show, then that's all that matters.

AEW WrestleDream 2025 is by AEW Standards a high 7/10.

My Top 5 Times When UFC Fighters Pissed The World off.

Intro.

Who likes a good bit of anger? Well if you're a fan of the worlds largest fight orginisation, then you've probably felt this way on a number of occasions. And these five men have angered fans the most, so lets get into it, because I can feel that this one is going to a banger.

5. Michael Bisping.

From his brash personality, to his general trash talk, having the ability to get underneath Americans skin. This guy in my country is an MMA god, and we see how acted as typical British humour, but that doesn't mean the rest of the world felt the same. In 2016 Bisping beat Luke Rockhold to become the UFC Middleweight Championship, and after this, he got worse, and it was glorious.

4. Anderson Silva.

Great examples of this can be seen when The Spider faced Thales Leites, at UFC 97 Redemption, and Demian Maia at UFC 112, were he showed a lazy aproach to fighting. As both fights went on fans could be heard chanting boring, over and over again. These fights badly ruined his reputation, and in my opinion it never fully recovered.

3. Ian Machado Garry.

Ok were do I begin with this guy, from getting the boot from multiple fight teams, taking his wifes name, and to saying awful things about Neil Magny. Yeah he's managed to anger more fans, than i've pissed off my dog.

2. Tito Ortiz.

Back in the early days of the uprise of the promotion, It was important to make the fighters that The UFC had at the time stars. This was the case with Tito Ortiz. He was a fan favourite in these times, and he and Chuck Liddell were on the rise. Tito was the Light Heavyweight Champion, and Chuck had beaten Babalu Sobral, at UFC 22. And as time went on he ignored Chuck, and wrote him off claiming that they were friends. This angered Chuck, and the fans. The two would eventually fight, but as the time passed Both men were coming off from losses. Chuck had lost to Rampage Jackson in Pride in November of 21003, whilst Tito lost his UFC Light Heavyweight Championship, to. Randy The Natural Couture, earlier that Summer. They faced each other in April of 2004, and Chuck would get the win by TKO. This furthered Chucks Journey to the belt.

1. Jon Jones.

I could sit here and talk about the time when he commited a hit on a pregnant lady, or the times that he's failed drug tests, both of these times pissed of fans, and fighters alike. Jon has had his issues, but at the time when these incidents came to public knowledge, he was seen as the enemy, and not the solution. Every controversy that he has faced, has led to Nevada Athletic state Commission suspensions, and fines.

AEW Dynamite Review 16.10.2025

Statlander And Storm Segment.

I feel sorry for Renee Paquette for these moments, she had to play parent to these grown ladies. Kris Statlander and Timeless Toni Storm played perfect caviats to one another, and this was great to watch. Both ladies pushed each other with ease. I liked this.

The Hurt Syndicate vs GOA

I liked this, from the physicality playing out decently, to Ricochet acting like a young Steve Erkel towards Bryan danielson. This was a highly enjoyable affair. GOA

Darby Allin And Jon Moxley Cinematic Face To Face.

Before I watched this weeks Dynamite, I scrolled throughout X, and I came across a tweet from someone who works in the content creation industry, that I have a lot of time for. Michael Sidgewick from Whatculture, and from what I could gather from what he said, he echoed my thoughts. I agreed with everything that he had to say. I thought this pointless. Yes, I bought the velocity, but if you ask me, both this, and last weeks segment were done back to front.

Roderick Strong vs Claudio Castagnoli.

I didn't like this. It felt flat in my opinion, and it never really fully recovered. Claudio got the win.

Happy Birthday Damn It Don Callis.

Happy Birthday from extremewrestlingreviews1.blogspot.com to the man with the biggest family in the business. Oh and Okada it's alright, i'm technically challenged as well, and hello Konosuke Takeshita.

The Damn It Don Callis World Order vs Jurassic Express and Kenny Omega.

I liked this. The Matches within the Match were a solid reminder of how decent trios Matches can be, as the can they coexist storyline between Jack Perry, and. Kenny Omega was given its full amount of time to grow. Some fans have expressed concern over Kenny Omega's health due to his past with diverticulitis, and other injuries, but all I have to say is this. Can't we all just be happy that we still have him, and that he's still performing. I just feel that someones well being is more important. Maybe that's just me being selfish. Jurassic Express got the win.

Skye Blue vs Jamie Hayter.

I didn't like this. It was two short, and when it got going, the physicality fell off the mark. Hayter got the win.

Mercedes Mone Segment.

Mercedes Mone was backstage celebrating with Renee Paquette, the fact that she now has more belts, than TDCWO.

The Opps vs LFI.

This was another Match, that I wasn't into. The physicality was awesome, I just couldn't connect with this, and it's a real shame, because i'm a Samoa Joe fan, in the same way i'm a Hangman Adam Page fan, so this was a letdown. Hangman was commentary throughout the Match.

Opinions On The 3rd Hour And This Weeks Dynamite.

I'm not the biggest Collision guy these days, and if i'm honest this hour proved my point about the show, and this weeks Dynamite. This was a very inconsistant 3 hours of TV, so this weeks show, even though it had its moments just wasn't for me.

This weeks mega Dynamite and Collision show is a mid 5/10

My Top 5 Thoughts From Monday Night Raw.

Intro.

You guys know that I hate having to say this, but i've had to push this piece back, because yesterday I was trying to get Luke Combs tickets. I know that isn't an excuse, but I feel that I have deversed a treat, and I failed, because I couldn't get one, so it looks like its general sale for me then.

5. Seth Rollins Segment.

As the way of how opening segments go, this was decent, and it acted as a great way to set up what was going to come later. Seth put himself over, whilst embracing Aussie swearing, giving Paul Heyman his flowers, and leaving his other Vision members in the rearview. This would backfire on him later on. I do have one question though. Why did they waste so much pyro on Seth? I mean they him loads on Saturday at the PLE, Plus check out that fine bathrobe that Seth was wearing.

4. Dirty Dom Is Still The IC Champion.

This was a shenanigans filled fun ride, that made me laugh. Let me explain. Penta got launched into the expensive seats, and this made me think. If he wanted a ticket he could've just paid like everyone else. Rusev came out, and this allowed Dirty Dom to become Handy Andy, and win because he had a hammer. Can you tell that I had fun watching this.

3. I Love Heel Asuka.

From Costing Kairi her Match against Rhea Ripley, to giving her a good hard slap, for her losing them their Match against Iyo Sky, and Rhea Ripley at Crown Jewell. Heel Asuka is the best.

2. UFC Fighters At Ringside.

The UFC Welterweight, and. Featherweight Champions. Jack Magdelana, and. Alexander Volkanovsky were sat at ringside. These guys probably didn't have to pay for their tickets. I mean some people get all the luck. These are two of my favourite UFC Fighters in the pressent day, and deserve their success.

1. Jey Uso vs LA Knight vs Cm Punk.

Cm Punk got the win, after a series of exchanges and he will face Seth Rollins at a later date, or so I thought. The Vision came out, and Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed wrecked everyone, Seth teased Punk, ande then Bron Breakker sphered Seth out of his boots, turning on his mentor. WWE came under in the Summer after Seth's cash in Debackle at Summerslam, because they thought that they played the media at their own game, when actually it was a complete work, however this wasn't a work. Seth injured his shoulder during his Crown Jewel Championship Match against Cody Rhodes, and judging from what has come out in the media, he's going to have to get surgery, which means he could be out for some time.

My Top 5 Times When Pro Wrestling Tried To Tackle Serious Issues.

Intro.

In the realm of Pro Wrestling, the term serious issues is something that back in the 90's would get laughed at. I would like to think that in our year of 2025 this is a thing of the past, but we live in times when if you make a post, things can be relived, for the good and the bad.

5. MJF Anti Semitism.

This shocked me. In a Segment from October 2023. MJF was physically, and verbally assaulted by Jay White, and the rest of this Bang Bang Gang. Max stood by the story, as it shone a nasty light on just how Jewish people are treated.

4. Hangman Adam Page Alcoholism And Mental Health.

As 2020 was developing under awful circumstances. AEW managed to shine a light on what it was like to be an alcoholic with mental health issues. As the build to an overarching ancor of a story, that led to Hangman Adam Page eventually beating his tormentor Kenny Omega, this made for excellent TV, whilst acting as a reminder that if you're going through issues, then remember it's ok, to not be ok, and to talk.

3. Misogyny. Various Promotions.

Misogyny in Pro Wrestling isn't new, it's been a thing since the days of Randy Savage silencing his valet Ms Elizabeth, and since the mid eighties this became the norm in this industry, fast forward to 1998-2002, that we were treated to an old man mounting a woman in WCW. Sexual Humiliation in the year 2000 on WWF TV, things got worse in 2002 when HHH screamed in Stephanie Mcmahons face, and even in the pressent day in AEW we got the many comments of one Dan Lambert. I don't think this industry learned from past times.

2. Death.

Who remembers the Big Shows Dad's funeral? ( Patrick stop laughing ) Oh just me then. This is not how you deal with death.

1. Alcoholism.

When I watched this back. It made me feel like the 1996 that i remember was a distant memory, and i'm right because there's no way that Jake Roberts addiction issues would be made fun of today. I remember hearing Josh Schwartz the creator of The OC once say, that if you don't put sensitive topics on TV, then no one talks about them, and I believe that there's some truth to that, but this was bad. Vince Mcmahon even tried at one point to defend Jerry Lawlers bullying of on his Roberts Pick Your Poison DVD released back 2006, as an educational message for Children who have parents that are addicts, and all I have to say is this. Yeah right. Issues like this need to be worn with cotton gloves, and handled with care.

My Top 5 Moments From WWE Crown Jewel.

Intro.

With Wrestlemania taking place in Saudi Arabia in 2027, I thought that it would be a matter of time when Riyadh season would start to use WWE in this regime, in the same way that they have done boxing. I think this a clear sign that sport washing is a worldwide thing that shows no sign of slowing down.

5. Aussie Street Bronson Reed vs Roman Reigns.

What do you get when you add, steel chairs, tables, a grinning Paul Heyman, weapon induced plunder, and cameos from Bron Breakker, and The Usos, well if you're answer is a fun outing that in my opinion is better than their Clash In Paris, then you're right. This was a lot of fun, and it's done the job when you think about the build going into Survivor Series. Bronson got the win, after Jey accidentally sphered Roman through a table, allowing Bronson to get the win.

4. Mens and Womens Crown Jewell Matches.

These were a real study in sports contrast, from Seth cheating to get the win against Cody, and on the otherside Stephanie Vaquer had another star making performance against Tiffany Stratton. Seth Rollins vs Cody Rhodes fell into the realm of predictability, whilst the Womens go around felt fresh, vibrant, and a breath of fresh air.

3. Iyo Sky And Rhea Ripley vs Asuka And Kairi Sane Was A Dud.

I didn't like this. I just felt flat, and it was a real shame, because i'm a fan of all involved. The live crowd seemed to like this, but for me, this fell short of the matter in a big way.

2. Aussie Fans Swearing.

Now I know that it's not my place to tell fans how to act, when attending Pro Wrestling shows, but my God Aussie fans out do anyone when it comes to one thing. Swearing. You guys that were in attendence sounded on fire when you called Bronson Reed. Asuka, and. Seth Rollins a wanker. I love a bit of good old fashioned swearing. I love f bombs

1. Cena And Styles Ripped Up The Rule Book.

I loved this. From the call backs to Johns past rivalry's, both men having fantastic duals, physical chemistry, and top grade banter. Cena got the win, and the fans loved it.

Thursday, 9 October 2025

Classic PPV Top 5 Post 6. UFC 137 Penn vs Diaz.

Intro.

October 2011 was a time wasn't. Manchester United were starting to show cracks in their system. Coldplay released Paradise, their worst song, out of a litany of bad songs, and kids were taking part on The Apprentice, and. The UFC stepped up with another stomper of a PPV. This was a strong month for the company, and show was the proof.

5. Were Is Hatsu Hioki And George Roop.

After retiring from fighting he invested his own money into nabis enterprises, were he owns a facility, that produces cannabis for medicinal purposes, whilst Hatsu Hioki is still active in the fight game, and owns a gym in Nagoya Japan.

4. Were Is Scott Jorgensen.

Scott is not actively fighting for a major promotion, but he's helping younger fighters, at his gym Combat, and he co owns an SBG Ibaho. I like hearing stories like this, because it's proof that there's life after the fight game.

3. Roy Nelson Is My Guy.

On the commentary you could here Joe Rogan, and. Mike Goldberg say. You know that there's someone at home with a bag of chips in their hand with a beer, saying Roy Nelson he's my guy. Never has a truer sentence ever been spoken.

2. What Is Matt Mitrione Up To These Days.

From what I could Gather. Matts last fight in MMA was back in November of 2021, and from what I could understand he was training to be a firefighter. This is yet another example of life continuing after the fight game.

1. BJ Penn Has A Ruined Legacy.

I feel sad watching this fight, knowing what I know. BJ would say that he was done with fighting in his Joe Rogan Post Interview. This would be something that I feel would come back to haunt The Prodigy. He would go to have a series of bad performances against the likes of. Rory Mcdonald. Frankie Edgar, and. Clay Guida. The UFC released him from his contract, after a video surfaced of him taking part in a legit street fight in 2016.

AEW Title Tuesday Review 8.10.2025

Hangman Adam Page And Samoa Joe Face To Face.

I liked this. Both men pulled on the power of reflection, and the importance of being real. These two have had great counteractions before this, and this followed suite. I liked all of this, and it worked to get me hyped for their Match at WrestleDream. This was passion, fire, and, grace personified. Great stuff from both men.

I Love Mark Briscoe.

I don't care what anyone thinks, because I love Mark Briscoe, and if you don't get hyped up after watching him like this in full promo mode, then I don't know what to tell you.

Jon Moxley vs Tomohiro Ishii.

This was a balanced out affair, that resembled like two big men slapping meat. The physicality was solid, and the near falls fell into place nicely. Mox got the win with a Bulldog choke.

Renee Paquette Muggs Off The Young Bucks.

I love this arc that The Young Bucks are on at this minute. Now they can't even get a word with Tony Khan. Their our founding fathers, and just like Rodney Dangerfield, they get no respect.

The Demand vs The Hurt Syndicate Street Fight.

When you take a look at the lore of these type of Matches at Daily's Place, their very rich, so going into this I had high hopes, and it delivered massively. Ricochet going flying. The concrete setting being used to full effect, to the weapon induced plunder being the main selling point of the Match. The Hurt Syndicate got the win.

The Damn It Don Callis Family.

I've decided to rename The Damn It Don Callis, Family, and this is their new name is this. The Don Callis World Order, because by God there's loads of them.

Jurassic Express vs Local Jobbers.

Jurassic Express, beat some local Jobbers in a flat TV, and were then beaten down by The Young Bucks, this led to them Challenging the prehistoric ones to a Tag Team Match, at Wrestledream. This Match is going to be amazing.

Kyle Fletcher vs Kyle O'reilly AEW TNT Championship.

I didn't like this. I just couldn't get into this Match. I just didn't feel its urgentcy. Fletcher retained. The Don Callis World Order then attacked, and this made Tony Khan put Kyle Fletcher in a Match against Mark Briscoe for the TNT Championship at WrestleDream. I liked this development.

Mercedes Mone vs Lacey Lane AEW TBS Championship.

This was decent, and it was great to see the former Kayden Karter move over to AEW after getting released from WWE, and she was a great spoil for Mercedes. This Match suprised me, because It managed to get me invested, and I never thought that it would. Mercedes retained.

Double Jeopady Eliminator Match Brodido vs Konosuke Takeshita.

This was a winner takes it all situation, when you dig beneath the surface. It wasn't a title defense. It was a giude to were AEW are taking Takeshita and Okada. I think that they will de the Marque setting for Full Gear, and it makes sense. This Match was centred around the theme of seperation, that will get to AEW to it's bigger destination. The physicality was superb, and the near falls were great. Brodido retained in a solid TV Match. They will have a rematch at WrestleDream. This is going to be another fire Match.

Pac vs Orange Cassidy.

Even though I liked the work that was in front of me, I did feel that it has brought an unwanted highlight that AEW needs to look at. For most of the Match, the fans were quiet, throughout the early stages of this Match and that's quite telling, when you isolate it. Darby Allin played a major part in how this Match came to an end, that allowed Cassidy to get the win. Darby then got attacked by The Deathriders, he escaped, and then we were left with the image of Darby getting put to the ground, after he threatened them with a molotov cocktail. This was a class way to end the show.

Overview Of AEW Dynamite Title Tuesday.

This broadcast was a lot of fun, and a good reminder of just how great weekly TV can be on a level with Major PPV moments.

AEW Dynamite Title Tuesday is a solid 8/10.

 Monday Night Raw Review 7.10.2025.

Roman Kicks Off The Show.

Roman kicked off the show, and before he could get a word out, after getting the Dallas crowd to acknowledge him, out came Bronson Reed, and if i'm being honest. I was bored by this whole segment. It felt like a rinse and repeat of what the fans in Birmingham got in late August. A fight ended the segment, before Paul Heyman said at Crown Jewel they will meet in an Australian Street Fight. Both men then had a fight. Even though I didn't like this segment, and talking about Romans family has become a bit repetitve,  it did set up a decent episode long storythread.

Superstars Seen Showing Up.

Cm Punk. Lyra Valkyria, and. Iyo Sky were all seen showing up to work, and these guys were in for an evening in their own rights.

Asuka Is A Bully.

I'm loving Heel Asuka. And the way that she dumped on Kairi Sane, looked like an older sibling bullying a younger sister. Iyo Sky would lose to Kairi later on in the broadcast, thanks to Asuka in what was a solid outing.

Becky Lynch vs Maxine Dupri.

I had low expectations for this Match, but oh my, were they blown away. Maxine looked like a day and night performer, and much improved. For the standard of a TV Match this was excellent. However the finish was a let down. Maxine got the win because Becky got counted out. What came later on, was Becky venting backstage. This led to Seth Rollins, and Paul Heyman having a burner of a mini segment. I liked that, because it showed HHH's hand at trying the spinning plate trick when it comes to booking.

Lyra ValKyria vs Roxanne Perez.

I didn't like this. The Match felt clunky, and a bit off. The Bayley got taken out by Raquel Rodriguez, and that was the only highlight. Roxanne got the win with her poprocks finish. Raquel got decked later on by Lyra.

AJ Styles Segment.

Dom Mysterio is the coolest idiot working today. I mean he interrupted AJ's Segment with his Judgement Day faction, whilst giving me flash backs to 2005. Please WWE put that t shirt on euroshop.

Cm Punk Segment.

Now don't get me wrong. I hate promotrains, but this one actually got to the point. Cm Punk was first out, and he thanked the fans for supporting AJ upon her return, and asking the fans if he was missed, he stated his plans for the rest of the year, as he plans on ending the year, as he started beating Seth Rollins. LA Knight then came, and this felt like a kareoke session, singing to Everything I Do. I Do It For You. His part felt comical, but it needed to be, because he also wants to get to Seth as well. This was when Jey Uso came out, and laid his claim to be next in line to Seths belt. Jimmy came out, after Knight had insulted him, and Jey Super kicked his face off. Punk ended this segment, by saying that he wants to face Jey, and not little Roman. I liked this.

Cody And Seth Video Package.

I loved this. These video packages that WWE have been presenting lately, minus the Brock and Cena ones on Smackdown have been great, and this was no exception.

Penta. Dragon Lee, and AJ Styles vs The Judgement Day.

This felt very standard in my opinion, from its clunky start up, all the way to its execution. This failed to live up to my expectations. AJ got the win for his team with a styles clash to JD Mcdonagh. AJ then took to the mic. He said exactly what was on my mind. Him and Cena is going to be fire.

The Usos vs Cm Punk And LA Knight.

This was a poor excuse of a main event. This fell well below any form of standard. The Physicality was standard, and all four mens chemistry went by the same way. Knight and Punk got the win, after Knight took the pin away from Punk, when he hit Jey with a Go To Sleep.

Overview Of Monday Night Raw.

I don't know what to make of this broadcast. I thought that this was very flat show, and going into a major PLE this weekend. This simply isn't good enough.

This weeks Monday Night Raw Is a Sorry 5/10.

WWE Monday Night Raw Review. 26.5.26. Written By Patrick O'malley. Paul Heyman Segment. The show kicked off with Paul Heyman coming out...
